The Senior Linkage Line is a free service that can help you find answers to all sorts of questions. Trained information specialists answer your call. It is easy to become overwhelmed as a caregiver. The Senior LinkAge Line can help. They have caregiving consultants who can answer caregiver questions and provide much needed information, help and help. Call them Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


ThreeRivers Community Action
Family Caregiver and Senior Advocate Program
This program provides information, resources, and referrals for services to seniors and their caregivers. These services reduce caregiver stress and provide older adults with information and access to services to assure they can “age in place” successfully. Areas the advocate may assist with include: application assistance with financial programs, homecare and support group resources, healthcare directive completion, food programs, and issues related to caring for someone living with dementia.

Advocates can assist in many different ways including conversations via phone, home visit, or a family meeting.

Caregiver Support Group (cancelled during COVID)
Call for information (507) 664-8800 – The meetings are facilitated by social workers and tailored to your interests, concerns and questions. This group is open to caregivers of a loved one with any form of dementia. 2nd Wednesday of each month from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at Three Links Care Center, 815 Forest Avenue, Northfield, Minnesota 55057.
