- 20 to 30 hours per week
- $15 to $18 per hour
- Eligible for 401K; health benefit; PTO

- Assist the Manager in the operations.
- Be actively involved in daily decision making, following policy.
- Develop rapport and provide work direction to volunteers.
- Schedule work shifts.
- Coordinate furniture pick-up and delivery.
- Work various shifts and jobs as needed – cashier, floor, pricer, etc.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic person
- Ability to multi-task in a busy, environment.
- Ability to made decisions and give work direction.
- Desire to work with an older adult volunteer group.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in like position and or experience
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
