Because so many people had signed up for the trip to see The Merry Wives of Windsor, performed at the Great River Festival in Winona, we now have a larger bus, and have arranged for more tickets to this show. Our trip goes to the matinee performance on Wednesday, July 23. The bus leaves the Center at 11:30 am, and returns at 8:15pm. This production is one of Shakespeare’s most light-hearted plays full of ill-fated schemes, false and true love and much rollicking laughter. The cost of the trip is $75 (includes play, bus, box-lunch-supper, and discussion with cast) or $65 if you attended the earlier trip to see Hamlet.
