Presenters will be Katherine Tegtmeyer Pak, St. Olaf Political Science professor, and Marie Gery, who has worked with recent immigrants from Mexico. Katherine will give an overview of immigration historically and how it is treated in many countries; Marie will share personal experiences in working with immigrants, and will talk about the return of the Sanctuary Movement.
