River Bend Nature Center will be bringing their wonderful OWLS Luncheon program to the Senior Center. OWLS (Older Wiser Livelier Seniors) luncheons present first a program on a natural history topic presented by a variety of people who have expertise in specific areas. The program is then followed by a lunch.
January-April 10:30-12:30 PLEASE NOTE NEW DATES BELOW
January 28: Dave Angell presenting Wildlife Photography
February 11: Entomologist and beekeeper Margot Monson presenting on native pollinators and their decline
March 11: Beth Kallestad presenting the history of the Cannon River
April 8: Carrol Johnson presenting The Blue Bird Recovery Program.
The cost of each program and lunch is $12. ($6 for Plat, Silv Sneakers, and Silver & Fit Plus members)
On a restricted diet [much to my dismay].
May I attend just the program, no lunch?
The adjusted cost? I’m Silv Sneakers.
Thanks for letting me know.
You may certainly come for the program-only. There would be no fee. As a Silver Sneaker you would pay only for the lunch ($6).
